Terms of Service
These terms govern your access to NearbySignal. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and, when applicable, your business.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18, provide accurate account information, and have authority to act for each business you add. Keep your credentials secure and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. Private-preview access may require separate approval.
Your data and permissions
You retain ownership of information you submit. You grant NearbySignal a limited right to host, process, and display that information only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service. You must have the rights and permissions needed to provide business facts and connect third-party accounts.
Connected services
Third-party services, including Google Business Profile, have their own terms and availability. You control whether to connect them and may revoke access. NearbySignal is not responsible for changes, interruptions, or decisions made by those providers.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, access another customer's data, bypass security controls, submit unlawful or deceptive content, interfere with the service, reverse engineer protected portions, or use automated access except through an interface we provide or approve.
Analysis and recommendations
NearbySignal provides evidence-based observations and recommendations, not guarantees. Search engines, maps, social platforms, and AI systems change independently. Results may be incomplete or change over time, and the service does not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, bookings, revenue, or appearance in an AI-generated answer.
Availability and termination
We may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue preview features. We may suspend access to protect the service, comply with law, or address a material breach. You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion, subject to necessary legal and security retention.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties. NearbySignal is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
Contact and changes
Questions may be sent to privacy@nearbysignal.com. We may update these terms by posting a revised date; material changes will be communicated when reasonably required. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.
